Recruiter is notified by the Hiring Manager that they have an open position that needs to be filled. An intake session, meeting, is scheduled. The Recruiter knows they will need to get specific details about the position like: skills, education, job description, level of role, and team size. But what about the other details, details that could wreak havoc for the candidate experience, delay hiring, and result in lots of wasted time?
In this episode I not only bring up those more ambiguous details, but point out why it’s important to know what pitfalls may occur if those details are not addressed.
Are there other details that can be addressed between the Recruiter and Hiring Manager that would prevent pitfalls later in the hiring steps and make for a better candidate experience? Let me know in the comments!
